After years of binging on sugar, spiraling out of control with my eating impulses, and subsequently gaining weight, I knew I had to CHANGE!
As soon as I got all my qualifications, IÂ worked on myself first and the changes were AMAZING!
For close to 10 years in the nutrition industry and working with 1000's of women, I am excited to coach women on healing their relationship with food too, so that life can feel healthy, easy and FUN!
